Opened in late 2015, Elmer is making a name for itself as the Chic neo-bistro of the moment. At its helm chef Simon Horwitz, a young chef in his early thirties, but don’t let the age fool you, with a solid CV (ex Sylvestre Wahid, ex Pierre Gagnaire), you are in for a surprise or two.

In addition, an open kitchen with a dining area that transcends all the elements of this kind of establishment: modern, chic, minimalist and warm. You can expect plates to share, plenty to pick and choose from “Côte de cochon du Ventoux” one of the signature dishes, “beef from normandy”,”Cod with braised Brussels sprouts ” “crumble and honey ice cream” or ”whiskey chocolate ganache”.
