Restaurant Papillon Paris

After his departure from Le Meurice (ex Alain Ducasse), Christophe Saintagne opened his own restaurant “Papillon” in the 17th arrondissement. Discreet yet elegant, minimalist yet warm, seated on white wooden chairs, or camel leather banquets, the plates are delicately and beautify presented.

A sophisticated simplicity is seen in the juxtaposition of ingredients, an appetizer of eggs, black truffles & bacon, a parboiled Pollack with leeks & capers or black pork of Bigorre with the oysters from Utah Beach. A three stars quality, at prices of a modern bistro.
